FABLE OF THE STORK

A story comprising four chapters that symbolise Extremadura, a region that has been built in the same way, with determination and effort. The fable describes the journey of a stork around Extremadura in search of a place to nest, to build a large nest for the future. On that journey, the stork meets an old man, a middle-aged woman, a young man and a young girl; four generations of people from Extremadura from whom to learn a value. As a result, the stork realises the lesson that both life and the journey are teaching her: love, learn, do not conform and try hard are the values the stork will use to teach her offspring to fly. The fable also includes a few extra pages as a Travel Log, where people can write their feelings and memories; notes to live and create Extremadura.
